That's the day we got married. I love this dude like you wouldn't believe. Although it was all a pain in the ass (the planning), the actual day was amazing. I didn't give a shit about anything that day. It was just like, "What the eff ever." I cried like hell. I didn't get drunk (boo, b/c it was open bar, too!!! WTF!). I CAMETHISCLOSE to passing out b/c whoever tied me up in my corset back dress tied it way too effing tight. Even after it was loosened somewhat, I still couldn't feel my ribcage or my arms by the end of the night b/c of the circulation cut off. Michael was drunk, so that was pretty awesome. He gets all emotional when he drinks, so that made the time in the hotel room for the night fun.
That day was hot as shit. People had to fan me constantly, and they couldn't keep the place cold enough for me. They need to install fans or some shit in ball gown style dresses. I was sweating in places no girl should EVER sweat. I found solace in standing over the AC vents whenever possible.
I had the time of my life, though. Being surrounded by all the important people in our lives (okay, so the people I had no idea who the fuck they were? Whatever. They can be important for a day) for the day was amazing. I sometimes wish we could do it all over again. That'd be cool.
Back at the hotel, since Michael was a little drunkish, I couldn't get my dress off fast enough. No, it wasn't because I was all ready to consumate or whatthefuckever. I had one thing on my mind: take the longest pee ever and SHOWER the sweat off my body. I'm weird about peeing in front of people. I don't like doing it. So I held it. Swear to Jesus, it was like....a 30 second pee. Michael had trouble undoing the dress, though. I had to tell him to think of it like a backwards shoe.
The part that was my favorite, though? You're going to think I'm weird. But it was that moment after it was all over and we were in the hotel room. We stayed up for a bit to watch some TV. Then we got the bright idea to re-read our vows. We wrote our own. He had them in his tux pocket. In the haze of everything from that day, we really didn't listen during the ceremony b/c we were both so nervous/excited/shitting ourselves/whatever. We both cried. I wouldn't ever take anyone else for a husband. He's cool. He's the type of dude you can just be chill with. I think I might just keep him. :)
Ok. End sappy post. I know this type is totally out of the ordinary, but since I now have followers, why not share a bit about myself and my life? I don't mind sharing. Sorry for it being so long!!
